Villa Takis is one of the three traditional stone-built Stavromenos Villas, standing proudly at the front of the complex. Thanks to its position, it offers the best panoramic sea views of the trio, creating a calm and relaxing setting for your holiday. Located just 500m from Scaleta Beach and only a 15-minute drive from Rethymno city center, the villa combines privacy and tranquility with easy access to beaches, shops, tavernas, and cultural sites.

The outside of Villa Takis is designed for peaceful moments and time together. You can swim in your private pool, relax on sunbeds under umbrellas, or simply enjoy the wide-open view of the sea and the surrounding hills. A shaded dining area with a table and chairs is perfect for family meals or evening drinks. The villa also has a stone-built BBQ, where you can prepare al fresco meals and enjoy them outdoors. A cozy sitting corner completes the space, ideal for reading a book, chatting, or watching the sunset.
